Funny. I just got out of a meeting at Coldwell Banker and the Broker informed me that they (Coldwell Banker) bought them (B.J. Droubi). If that’s not news, I don’t know what is. I’ll try to get details and let y’all know. It’s been a busy day. I guess that explains why so many Droubi agents left a while ago and went to work at other offices.

What is the point of buying a brokerage if you plan to dissolve the brand, and the brokers are free to leave at any point ? For example, one of the top people at BJ left recently and joined Hill & Co.
